Communication is the key Had to leave my vehicle after only 2 days in my possession with a crack in the windshield, Was sold to me as a Certified Used Vehicle, was asked to d Had to leave my vehicle after only 2 days in my possession with a crack in the windshield, Was sold to me as a Certified Used Vehicle, was asked to drop it off on Tuesday , glass man does not come to the shop until Wednesday, no problem , was given a rental vehicle, Brian the service manager told me that he replaced all the rotors on the braking system, the windshield crack was not there when being Certified ? the brakes were not inspected properly when being Certified ? Who is in charge of this Certifying Process of Vehicles ? More

Sales was good, service was horrible, took 5 days to install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. Had to bring it back to finishe the other decals they didn't do, they decided to cut a p install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. Had to bring it back to finishe the other decals they didn't do, they decided to cut a pice of tape to cover it up. Very unprofessional. So once again i have to drop it off somewhere else to get these decals done after they told me they don't normally do that there. I will not be using their service. Kevin charles sales guy was great and brittany in the service was good to. It's behind the scenes that try to be sneaky. More
