I’m a caregiver and I really needed to have my car serviced, new tires and battery. Sales was good, service was horrible, took 5 days to install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. Had to bring it back to finishe the other decals they didn't do, they decided to cut a p install remote starter and decals. Only did half the decals. So once again i have to drop it off somewhere else to get these decals done after they told me they don't normally do that there. I will not be using their service. Oil change, tire rotation, scheduled appraisal of vehicle I was met in the garage bay area by a service person who promptly started the preparation for service. At that time I informed her of an appointment with one of the dealership internet appraisal personnel. The appointment was prearranged to determine value of my current vehicle with possible purchase of a new vehicle. My service person alerted her while I roamed to lot for a possible new vehicle. Upon completion of my service I thanked the service person for her prompt and courteous service and asked where the appraiser was. She could not be found so I paid my bill and left. Excellent service, but lacks in office commitments. As of today no follow-up or reason for inability to meet with me. Unsure whether next vehicle will be purchased here. More
