Poor phone response For service I called 3 times to get an appointment. The first time no one answered and they wanted me to leave my name and number but I did not. I called the next day and same thing but this time I left my number for a call back. Nothing. The next call I finally talked to someone and made an appointment. The last time I tried to make an appointment, it was a very similar scenario. I’m tired of companies thinking there time is more important than mine. Unexpected call volume, I’m on the other line, I’m not at my phone right now or, the way I look at it is, we just don’t care and if you don’t like it go someplace else. I just might. More

I can’t imagine how something like that occurs but I am grateful, and impressed that the technician spotted the issue during my routine oil change / tire rotation. More

Tarah And Vinnie were great to deal with. Vinnie and Tarah were true professionals to deal with. So much so I bought one of their maintenance plans. I feel that I can not trust management because I had some issues with the vehicle initially and had to ask repeatedly to have them fixed. They repaired most but did not repair the tailgate cap as they said they would. I had the vehicle up there for a week so that they could repair everything and when I went up on Friday July 3rd everything was fixed except for the tailgate. More

Secondly we are going to take our family on vacation. I dont expect you to supply me with new tires but i do think you owe me more than i received. I am willing to meet you half way on the cost and want the exterior and interior treatment i paid for. Feel free to contact me. I will try to stop in to speak to sales on tuesday june 30. More
Impressed w/ the service Dept.quick service &. Alyssa having a car. I explained the window going up and down by itself has been going on since I picked the car up. Told at pickup it was due to the wind g having a car. I explained the window going up and down by itself has been going on since I picked the car up. Told at pickup it was due to the wind guards. I stated they were put on 6 months after I purchased the car. I was then told to watch to see if it happens again and to keep track of it even thou they know it’s Sporadic thing. Also, told to hold the window button till it closes to override the sensor. I already has happened - The window went up and down last night. More
