Had my first preventive maintenance performed at Mohawk Chevrolet. Made the appointment a few days out, customer service rep was very accommodating and was able to work around my schedule. Arrived a few Chevrolet. Made the appointment a few days out, customer service rep was very accommodating and was able to work around my schedule. Arrived a few minutes early got checked in and enjoyed a complimentary coffee and used the wifi to keep myself entertained. Waiting area was clean and social distancing was in place.Wait time was reasonable. When car was ready service rep spoke with me and explained the services performed. Overall a great experience. More

twice was at shop for repairs and got screwed twice. No one there is competent. quoted one price charged double if not more. Yesterday was there got charged 100.00 for parts (ok) but then 600.00 for labor one there is competent. quoted one price charged double if not more. Counter people at service department didn't give a hoot to put it nicely, The Manager was already on the phone getting reamed by another customer. Would not suggest any one go there. Service sucks.
