I had an appointment on April 24th at 4 pm for what I was told was a “quick” 30-45 install of a replacement part. When I arrived at 3:50, I was told it would actually be approximately 2 hours. I made arrange told was a “quick” 30-45 install of a replacement part. When I arrived at 3:50, I was told it would actually be approximately 2 hours. I made arrangements to get picked up, got home. And then immediately got a phone call (about 5pm) saying the vehicle was done. This poor communication resulted in me having to make 3 trips back and forth to the dealership that afternoon/evening.
