I purchased my first brand new vehicle, a bright orange Chevy Colorado Z71, here at Northstar Chevrolet (now Mohawk Chevy) this past July. Efficient and reasonable Had a strange problem with heat in my car, and needed a new key. Got an appointment slot about three days out. When I showed up they claimed it would take an hour of labor to program the key to the car. When I told them that was incorrect, they “realized”? that there was no labor charge for this kind of key on this car. Other than that they diagnosed and solved my problem with the heater quickly and I had the car back the same day. Which is about all you can ask for. More
