Everyone else has had a good experience. .except me. Maybe they have something against me. Made my BP go up and my stress level is sky high when talking to them. I expect when I buy a new car, to have it work properly for a while…one month and something was wrong. Now I have to wait another couple months until another part comes in. I wonder if they will call me this time, they didn’t last time! More

I dropped my car off for a 845 appointment and coordinated a ride to work. I planned to pick the car up when I got out of work but I had to unfortunately wait another 45 mins for my car to be read coordinated a ride to work. I planned to pick the car up when I got out of work but I had to unfortunately wait another 45 mins for my car to be ready…. Not sure what’s the point of scheduling an early morning appointment if you won’t be serviced until 4pm. I was told GM didn’t provide them with a code that was needed for them to reprogram the keys, but I didn’t find this out until I called them at 3:45pm asking if my truck was ready… Service rep Hunter was good, but the rest of the experience was a disaster. More
