Terrible experience I have never dealt with a company that was more unprofessional. Rushed through the buying experience like you are just a number. They are not even able to take a payment from you without being rude and short. Never again! More

Terrible/unprofessional Bought a truck a couple months ago. This place gives you the run around with every little thing. It took 4 days just to get a inspection of the truck. Bought a truck a couple months ago. This place gives you the run around with every little thing. It took 4 days just to get a inspection of the truck. They told us the truck would be ready on monday and we called everyday and it tool till friday until they got the truck inspected. They never call us back when they say they will. We have been dealing with them for two months now and out of the 6-7 times they have told us they would call u to let us know they havent ever. The truck has a bunch of issues with it. They spray paint the bottom of the trucks so you wont notice all the rust on them. We have been asking for locks since we bought the truck for the cap on the bed and here it is two months later and we still have no locks or key to use the bed of the truck. When you call them they act like you are a inconvenience to them. Terrible unprofessional peoplw wpuld never go back. Trash dealer. More

terrible I wouldn't even give this place one star, besides the fact that they take advantage of people not having good credit and being desperate to over pay f I wouldn't even give this place one star, besides the fact that they take advantage of people not having good credit and being desperate to over pay for a car, they have terrible customer service and do not take care of you. I spent 14000 on my 02 Saturn view and I am almost paying it off. I paid extra for the so called warrenty that they provide. My car was towed there 4 times in the year and in and out at least 15 times still doesn't run properly. I finally had to go in and make a scean with my boyfriend to have them do their job and fix my car and they still have it two weeks later, no update calls, and no reguard for me paying 100 dollars a week with no car. Anyone who writes good reviews are obv working for the company. This place has been a real xxxx show for me and I can not wait to be done with them. Anyone who is looking for good reliable service and a good car DO NOT GO HERE, it is not worth the three years of hassle you will get!!!!!! More

BEST AUTO SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Mohawk Honda. I made an appointment with Nikki Rainey. She was not only extremely pleasant and helpful o I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Mohawk Honda. I made an appointment with Nikki Rainey. She was not only extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone but she greeted me when I arrived. My sales man, Mike Bennice, had the car heated and ready for me to try out. After test driving the car I requested, I told him what would be my ideal car. He immediately found the car and we went for a test ride. It was exactly the car and the price I wanted. He was absolutely non pressuring and extremely accommodating. I got the perfect car and he sat with me and explained every aspect of the car. I then met with Tom Ryan, finance manager, who got me the best interest rate. I have never experienced such a wonderful shopping experience. I was so surprised and happy to know that there are auto dealerships that provide quality service, cars and employees. THANKS AGAIN, MOHAWK HONDA! More

Mohawk auto center okay i am very unhappy with this dealership my insurance made a mistake and cancelled my policy .they corrected their mistake and i called the dealers okay i am very unhappy with this dealership my insurance made a mistake and cancelled my policy .they corrected their mistake and i called the dealership to make a payment and the lady on the phone said that the person who did the payments wasnt there anymore and i would have to call back tomorrow and make a payment .which i found crazy because it is not my fault that you guys didnt have the right staff working for me to make a payment .so me and the lady start arguing because she goes on to say its not her fault that i didnt pay my insurance which wasnt the case because the insurance company made a mistake on my policy i felt she was being very rude and she told me and my husband she was the only one working n we couldnt talk to a supervisor because she was the only one their and couldnt do anything for us .which we knew was a lie .after we yelled at each other n she rudely hung up on me i called back and someone els answered the phone and gave me a code to get my car working for atlest 24 hours so i can get to work now he was very helpful how ever the lady was rude and hung up on me and lied to me about them not being able to do anything for me ..i called back the next day to make my payment just to be yelled at another manager their that said she listened to the phone call and found that i was the one being rude not taking in account there employees rudeness .....they said they werent going to accept a payment from me over the phone and now i would have to come in to the site which is about 60 mins away from my location ...i feel like if this is the way you treat your customers this place should rethink its ways ......when we first got the car i had to take it back withthin the first 30 days because already i was having problems .....and again after the 30 days because the breaks didnt work right ..so now i have a loan out with you people for 9,000 which i have never missed a payment and have been paying for about 4 months stright on the car with no problems and for one thing to go wrong and im getting yelled at by managers and receptionist for a mistake my insurance company made is crazy to me ..i am very unhappy and would love to get all my money back and will happily give you back you r car .i feel like you guys need to look in to this dealership and figure out whats going on with the staff because i have never been treated so wrongly by any place i pay money to out my pocket when i did nothing wrong .... Our sales associate, John Potenza was very professional yet made it a very relaxing experience. He knows the inventory and found the exact vehicle I was looking for! The Finance associate was quick to get financing at the best rate and was so articulate so that I understood everything I was signing and all the things covered by the warranty I choose. Tiffany Ross the delivery coordinator ensured that the car was ready for delivery on time and that all necessar paperwork was signed and completed. The professional manner of all the staff starts at the top. The Sales Manager, Michael Nicholas was beyond what anyone could expect. Mohawk Honda is a very busy dealership and this place operates so smoothly. Mike ensured that my vehicle was cleaned, had gas, the new mats I purchased were installed and that there was not a spot on this vehicle. He is the most involved manager I have ever dealt with. The staff take customer satisfaction very seriously and it shows in every step of the process. I believe that managers set the tone in the "office" environment. Mike and his staff are the best I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. This was the most fun I have had with the purchasing process. I have already given a referral and plan to send more friends/family to this dealership! And lastly very fair pricing for a reliable vehicle! Five plus stars all the way around!!!!!! More
