Had a battery replaced in my Mazda exactly 1 year ago and the battery has already failed again. When I went to the dealer to get it replaced I was advised that since my factory warranty had expired, that all the battery has already failed again. When I went to the dealer to get it replaced I was advised that since my factory warranty had expired, that all other warranties expired along with it. Including the battery that was only a year old. The service rep advised me that that was a Mazda policy. If thats true, it is a ridiculous policy. They wanted to charge me $400 for a new battery. I had numerous other issues in the past when the vehicle was serviced. On one occasion, after service, I was called by a lady from the dealer to ask how satisfied I was with my experience, I politely told her I was not happy with it at all. Her response was to get very defensive and even acted offended at me for not being happy with the service. I will never buy from them again nor will I advise anyone else to. Still have the socket wrench that I found rattling around in my engine compartment after one of their oil changes. More
The service staff made multiple errors during my visit. They told me my claim had been denied and after calling my warranty company i found out my claim had never been submitted. I asked to speak to a manager and that person wouldn't even hear me out on why I was disgruntled. 0/10 for moffit mazda More
I went online to purchase a used SUV that the Salesman told me was in stock. My Credit Union requested information on the SUV I was interested in. I requested 4 times to 2 different Salesman to email the told me was in stock. My Credit Union requested information on the SUV I was interested in. I was told each times they were going to send it but they did not. While I was driving from Monroe to the dealership, the Salesman called me at 7:53am and assured me the SUV I wanted was there. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I had to ask to see the SUV that we've been communicating about since yesterday. I felt it was strange that if you are trying to sell a car to a person that you know is on their way to look at it, the car is not sitting waiting for the Buyer. The Salesman says he has to go across the street to the other lot to get the SUV I came to see. The SUV that we discussed several times yesterday; the SUV we discussed yesterday evening at 4:50pm and the one we discussed when he called me at 7:53am while I was driving there to the dealership. He comes back to tell me the SUV that we just discussed was given to someone else yesterday evening and it will be gone for 3 days. Then he tells me there is a white SUV like the one I wanted that I can look at. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIERS AND I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!! THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME THERE TO PUSH ANOTHER CAR ON ME PROBABLY BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN!! More
Service Department I purchased a new car and have return to have oil changes and tire rotations. I usually just drop it off this time I stayed and watched the service fr I purchased a new car and have return to have oil changes and tire rotations. I usually just drop it off this time I stayed and watched the service from the sales area looking into service bay.. I have a farm background and worked my way thru college at a dealership so I know cars and service. The serviceman change the oil and rotate tires as he did three state inspections on other cars during this same time. There was no inspections or checks ! maybe a quick glance at the tires as they were installed . I do have in hand a form with 18 listed checks or inspected items on the car. What upset me more was the use of a impact wrench to tighten the wheel lugs. He even went over each twice to make sure they were "Good and Tight". I took my car from the dealership to Pep Boys and had them loosen and torque the wheel nuts to Mazda specs. Impact wrenches are the main cause of warped brake rotors and the added bonus of being stuck on side of road with a flat tire and can't remove the lug nuts. Pep Boys also drained over a pint of oil from the motor due to a overfill. I don't know if he dialed it wrong or the auto fill device is not accurate. I will state I didn't go see the service manger or report the problem to anyone. I had been told they used torque sticks during a earlier service visit. This looked like his normal routine and the service manger is in the bay with a clear view of this area so he knows what is happening. Will I go back? Maybe for warranty work! You may have a different experience. Good Luck! More

Our salesman Michael Dale was very polite, and easy to deal with. It seemed like he cared about our needs. I ended up buying a new cx9 for me and cx5 for my wife the next month. I wouldn't have chosen the Mazda brand if it wouldn't have been for the impression Moffitt made on me. A+++ More
