The process was pain free and while we waited for our papers to be done in the finance department Camil, our salesman, made sure we had a ride to get some lunch so we wouldn't have to walk in the rain. Went in looking for close out 2010 models but there weren't any on the lot. We discussed our options with their sales agent and decided to go for a used low mileage car. on june 21, 2010 i had my 2004 toyota tundra towed to modesto toyota after it had been recovered from being stolen. the person who stole it did a lot of vandelism to the truck. i had it taken there for o modesto toyota after it had been recovered from being stolen. the person who stole it did a lot of vandelism to the truck. i had it taken there for one reason they are AAA approved, and two, the truck is toyota so i felt they should be able to do the job quickly and accurtly. they di fix it right but not quickly. 72 days it took them. theysaid they kept getting the wrong brake line sent to them, then when they ordered the right part they had it shipped over from japan on a ship. they would tell me that it would be at the auto body place on a certain day and when i would call the auto body shop they would inform me no truck. never did they call me to let me know what was going on. they did pay for a rental that i already had, but they only paid 28 dollars a day on it. wich i wasn't informed of until 6 days befor i turned it in. so i got stuck paying 400 dollars to the rental place. and i still have to take my truck to the auto body shop. so i'll be without a vehicle for probally 3 days. all in all my experience was so extremely bad i will never do business with them again.
