Scheduled 6-Month Service I took my Toyota in for servicing. The employee I worked with advised me that they found a nail on the sidewall of the left front tire. He said it I took my Toyota in for servicing. The employee I worked with advised me that they found a nail on the sidewall of the left front tire. He said it couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new tire. He also told me that they put the tire in the rear for safety reasons. I have since replaced the tire. The young man that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit. More

Called to ask about a possible trade in Called to inquire about a Truck that I had liked and wanted to know if I could trade my truck in and possibly finance the difference.. After they took down all my information and ran ahistory report on my 2015 Silverado, phone calls back and forth, I never heard from them again.. I was not desperate to buy one of their vehicles.. I just happened to like a vehicle they were selling so I contemplated trading in my truck.. Long story short, havent heard from them since.. A courtesy call would have been nice... More

We ended up reaching an excellent price point for the car we wanted, so we decided to purchase it.
