honesty...the best policy I was impressed with the professional manner in which I was treatd, and the consideration I was given when I was going to be late for my appointment. The service coordinator talked to me like a real person, and I felt understood. He also made sure I understood everything, and answered all my questions. When the service was unable to find the problem, they were honest about it, and at least assured me nothing big appeared ready to break, which gave me some peace of mind. I have had no love for car dealerships, but I am happy with my experience with Modesto Toyota. More
