Great customer service I bought a Prius prime through the Costco purchasing program for my son last summer, and it was a pleasant surprise the way Henry took car of us. He made the experience a positive experience which is rare based on my experience. He followed the Costco program as it was promised, but in my opinion, he went beyond what was expected. He took us for a test drive, took care of all the paper work (even though it was close to the time he was supposed to be off), and then he spent time with my son going over the basics of driving that car. More
