We appreciated Monica's information versus "sales pitch" about model comparisons. The long wait for the finance portion of our transaction and the oversight in refund of our deposit is the reason we are no about model comparisons. Modesto Subaru is a joke. I made a terrible mistake purchasing a vehicle with them, I wish I would have gone through a different Subaru dealership. My brand new vehicle has had some issues with the remote start and the Car Play features. Of course I called the dealership (knowing I had purchased an extended warranty and that my car was brand new), and found their receptionists and scheduling staff to be completely inept. They transferred me back and forth between receptionists with no assistance, and finally transferred me to someone who was capable of scheduling. When I asked just to be sure about the visit being covered by my warranty the associate felt the need to reiterate that if my car was salvage titled it would not be, I clarified my car was brand new, and he could not verify so continued to tell me if the car was salvage titled it would not be covered. This was extremely concerning and confusing so I asked to have the sales associate I worked with Emmanuel call me back. This never happened, I ended up calling the day of to cancel my appointment because I could not get a call back. When I asked to speak to someone higher up the attempted to rectify the situation and sent a loaner car that was disgustingly large, and took my car on a Saturday. With no correspondence other than that my car made it back by Tuesday I called to follow up. I spent over 10 minutes with a receptionist who could not transfer a call (again) and was transferred to Nick Trejo the Service Manager who was so rude and seemed to be such a misogynistic incel xxxxx that he told me he can’t help me and someone else would call back when I dared to question why I did not receive an update about my vehicle. Overall Modesto Subaru is an absolute joke. If you really want a Subaru, go elsewhere! More

Absolutely loved my experience with Modesto Subaru. My sales associate, Emily was the absolute best to deal with. She wasn't pushy, was very patient with all of my questions and had a great attitude. The service advisor did not introduce himself. He did not have a name tag? Nobody at the dealership had a name tag? He did not listen to what I asked him to do. I talked to the general manager to inform him of my concerns. The general manager said he would contact me when i picked up my car, never happened. The gal who handled my loner car was professional and did a great job. The work done on my car was done well as far as I know. They failed to do a walk through after the car was completed and to inform me of everything that was done and to let me know what they felt needed to be done. Fail to notice back windshield wiper was broken when inspecting the car. Overall. I don't have a lot of confidence in this dealership. I also talk to the service manager he seemed very nice but was new in his job. He listened and was very professional. I wish him nothing but the best. More
