Modesto Subaru lost my vehicle registration that I paid $495 for. I was forced to wait on line at DMV, 7 weeks later, for my registration. To make matters worse, Modesto Subaru blamed California DMV fo $495 for. I was forced to wait on line at DMV, 7 weeks later, for my registration. To make matters worse, Modesto Subaru blamed California DMV for the error. Modesto Subaru had processed the registration and mailed the plates to me, in a WHITE envelope. The registration should have been in the same envelope. They failed to own up to their mistake. Plates come from DMV in a manilla envelope, not white. The clerk at DMV was most certain this was a dealer problem. I'll be using Livermore Subaru for warranty issues. I don't trust Modesto Subaru anymore. Still waiting for my front license plate bracket mentioned in the sales contract. More
Modesto Subaru has been the BEST dealership I’ve ever dealt with (I’m on my third Subaru, so I’ve been visiting this business for 10+ years)!! The sales staff have (mostly) been great, and the service de dealt with (I’m on my third Subaru, so I’ve been visiting this business for 10+ years)!! The sales staff have (mostly) been great, and the service dept staff consistently go above and beyond - especially Serita, Beatrice, and Zach - they always great me quickly, are super nice, professional, and helpful. The managers are always eager to help, the parts dept staff are great, and the mechanics are speedy and do excellent work. I previously owned Hondas, and the service staff at the Modesto and Fresno dealerships were terrible, from what I remember. Before purchasing my first Outback, I thought all service departments were like that. I honestly don’t have the vocabulary to fully express how great this dealership is. I hope everyone is being compensated well for the great work they do, because I think the service department can make or break a dealership. More

Always courteous and attentive to details. They take their time to thoroughly adress customer issues and never make you feel like an idiot when addressing concerns.
