I had very bad experience with the general manger Reggie and sales manager lapon and Shaun they mistreated and dumped me badly over a claim I had( treasury promised me a discount of $1000 over wrongly set and sales manager lapon and Shaun they mistreated and dumped me badly over a claim I had( treasury promised me a discount of $1000 over wrongly set warranty plan)They didn’t respond my calls and emails and evade meeting me several times when I go in person to talk so it’s so irresponsible and embarrassing to play with customer that has bought 26 k Brand new Subaru Legacy also I have 3 yrs maintenance plan which is half way through but they told me it’s ended!!! and I should start paying out of pocket I will never buy a Subaru again! More
Live in Stockton, which has no Subaru dealer. There are several out-of-town choices where we can get service, but I've been quite happy with Modesto Subaru. Over the last year I have brought my Subaru for regular maintenance and have had an extraordinarily good experience each time. Scheduling has been easy, which is important to me, since I live about 60 mile maintenance and have had an extraordinarily good experience each time. Scheduling has been easy, which is important to me, since I live about 60 miles away. I've purchased new tires and brake pads, because my vehicle is used in the foothills and is a 2015 model. I feel I have gotten excellent support service and was never pressured in any way. I especially have appreciated Tamara's help in resetting the screen controls for my Forester after each visit and in making sure I have all the information I need. She knows me by face/name and has made a difference for me. I love seeing young women being given, and exercising authority and responsibility in customer facing positions. She is excellent in all regards. Over my adult life, I have driven many vehicles, mainly Honda's. I'm now a converted Subaru customer!! More
