I have purchased 3 new Subarus from Modesto; 2013 Forester, 2019 Forester, and 2021 Crosstrek. April-June 2023 there was an unexpected repair situation (under warranty). I contacted Emily Gonzalez, internet sales back in March and started a dialogue on the inventory of Subaru Foresters and decided to test drive a Forester with my wife. As an afterthought, we drove an Outback and decided that it was a better option to suit our needs. I did all negotiations via email and text messages with Emily. I had many questions, which Emily answered almost immediately. I appreciated her quick, courteous, and professional responses. I was very impressed with her excellent product knowledge and friendliness. When my Outback arrived and an appointment was made to finalize the purchase, Emily greeted my wife and I in a most friendly and professional manner. She immediately drove up with the vehicle and proceeded to familiarize us with all the features and helped us set up Apple Car Play. She was very patient and thoroughly explained the process with much patience. Thanks to Emily, this has been one of the most gratifying and stress-free automobile-buying experiences of my life. I also got excellent vibes from the dealership. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
