We met Tyler, who invited us to test drive the 4-Runner. He listened to our driving needs and suggested what we really wanted was the new, redesigned 2017 Highlander. We test drove that and liked it. We got an initial offer that day when we were not really in the buying mood. Jump ahead 3 weeks and after a little, low pressure back and forth over the phone, we picked up that same Highlander last night. We never met the sales manager. We only met Tyler for the second time when we went in to sign the papers. We got a good deal and did not feel pressured in any way. We may even get a second car from them after talking to the finance manager, Zak Auten. More
