Worst Experience of my LIFE I decided to buy a Toyota and told them I was expecting a large sum of money and that I would be back to buy it. He said, no problem, write me a chec I decided to buy a Toyota and told them I was expecting a large sum of money and that I would be back to buy it. He said, no problem, write me a check and I will hold it till your money comes in. I did and left, he would call me and harass me like a bill collector wondering when my money was coming in, I said within the month. He went ahead and cashed the check which left me in a horrible bind because I am on a fixed income, I decided not to buy from them and they refused to give me my money back, they SUCK More

Great Service Ok, So I have taken time to feel out the dealership on the vehicle I bought from Modern Toyota of Boone and have to say that the whole experience has Ok, So I have taken time to feel out the dealership on the vehicle I bought from Modern Toyota of Boone and have to say that the whole experience has been great. I bought a 8 year old used vehicle from them and they provided me with a great deal and good service afterwards. I bought the vehicle almost 2 years ago and they had a 1 month bumper to bumper warranty on it and a 12 month drive train warranty on it. I had some issues initially with air conditioning which they made good on. It is a GMC Yukon XL Denali and they sent it to the GMC dealership to fix the problem due to it needed specialized mechanics. The service was covered by Modern. It is a great vehicle and they stayed good on their word. You cannot ask for any better than that. I personally would by from them again and do thank them for the service they have provided on the vehicle I bought More
