Best customer service EVER! I was in desperate need of a car and had my eye one on inparticular. I went to Modern Toyota and met with Jeff Jones. Jeff wanted me to test drive a d I was in desperate need of a car and had my eye one on inparticular. I went to Modern Toyota and met with Jeff Jones. Jeff wanted me to test drive a different car first than the one I was looking at and then we would try out the one I had my eye on. Long story short, The one I was looking at turned out to be a flop and the one Jeff had suggested turned out to be the perfect car for me. Jeff knew exactly what I needed and what I'd be happy with. I had the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Jeff and Paul Davis made the process flow so smoothly and walked thru everything with me. Everyone there made me feel like family and I knew in my heart I had came to the right place. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Toyota to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Was less than pleased with another Toyota dealership 50 miles away. Initial interest was via internet submission, internet manager Wayne Downing contacted me, took test drive with him. He hooked me up with salesperson Zack Auten, who was as personable as Wayne. Chris (?), financial manager was also extra nice. Overall feeling was they listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me and I felt like I was treated with respect and given a fair price. At other dealership, pricing wasn't as competitive, tried to dissuade me in getting the color I wanted because they had another one which I assume was easier for them to get? Biggest selling point was they had a manicurist and a masseuse on staff 3 days a week - this was actually said to me...WTH! Round of golf if I were male? Oh yeah, almost forgot, free soda and coffee at their cafe too. Made me want to wash my hands after I left. Modern Toyota has excellent staff and it made working with them pleasurable. Felt like I was treated with respect, treated fairly and honestly. Will recommend them highly in the future. More

We came looking for a certain color, style, and price range of car. It was not on the lot but Jeff Jones searched until he found JUST what we wanted in a car !
