Service was pain I purchased Toyota Prius from this dealership. Though I live in Cary NC ( away from dealership about 225 miles ) I got very good deal from them and I I purchased Toyota Prius from this dealership. I refilled air and got rid of that icon. It popped up again in two months and I took it to local dealer here in Raleigh. They were skeptical to look at issue and advised me to go to dealer from where car was purchased. I called Modern Toyota service department to coordinate with local dealer and get me some help. But lady at Modern Toyota was reluctant to help and was keep insisting that you have to bring your car to their dealership which was 225 miles aways from my place. After that, low pressure icon has surfaced at least for 10 times and now I am regular customer of DISCOUNT TIRES who are such a nice people. They said that, there is no need to change the tire nor there is a nail inside any tire, Million dollar question is that if this is manufacturing defect, why network of Toyota dealer are not in a position help me? I keep travelling a lot with my car to meet my family and always live in fear of on road fiasco by my Prius. It has been more than 12 months and I am still living with that issue. Recently, I have submitted my complaint against dealer and Toyota in CFPB, FTC and BBB. Let us see what happens next. Thanks for reading my frustration. More

5000 miles service check on 2013 Toyota Highlander. Unforgetable experience! We have never purchased a vehicle so easily! We had already test drove a similar vehicle (2 years older & 6,000 more miles on the odometer), so when We have never purchased a vehicle so easily! We had already test drove a similar vehicle (2 years older & 6,000 more miles on the odometer), so when I found this almost new Certified Pre-Owned vehicle on their lot, I sent a message via their website inquiring on whether they would come down in price to closely match the older vehicle we had already test drove. After a few emails back and forth, we decided to drive the 1.5 hours to their lot to finalize the purchase. About an hour later, the Sales Manager called me and offered to have the vehicle drive to my house free of charge! Five minutes after we arrived home after work, 2 older gentlemen drove up and after a quick look through and signatures, the vehicle was ours!! What a fabulous experience I will never forget! More importantly, Modern Toyota of Boone gained a client for life! Kudos for going above and beyond!! More
