There was no miscommunication. I called and scheduled an oil change each time and waited over 2 hours only to find they had only been rotating tires every 5k and oil every 10k and did not tell me. It was clear every time why i was there and i will be contacting corporate for a further response. Check your oil to be sure it's clean after a requested oil change.

Canned response on all your bad reviews I talked to Justin Dorton and he showed no interest. After writing the review, you show fake concern in wanting to learn more of the poor customer service and concern. Your response was just a cover trying to cover bad service and damage control. No thanks requesting I call. You lost a loyal cutomer and I know of another customer you treated the same way. Keep up the great customer service. More will leave no doubt
