The second you walk out the door with keys in hand, "see ya, wouldn't want to be ya". Modern Motorcars: Great customer service from top to bottom even after purchasing a vehicle. A week after purchasing our vehicle, we are still in contact with our sales associate, Will Bauer. Will is helping us get a flat tow modification so we can tow our vehicle behind our RV. During the sales negotiation, Will offered to contact a third party autoshop to have them do the work and to get better prices for us. To be honest, I had feared that once we walked out of the dealership, our flat tow request would be pushed under the rug and we would be forgotten about. However, Will has contacted two different autoshops to get us the best price possible. We are very grateful for the service Will and Modern Motorcars has provided. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family. Pros: Test drive without sales associate (I like this more than having them in the vehicle because I can get an accurate feel to what it is like to drive the vehicle everyday) Great prices Friendly staff Knowledgeable finance staff looking to save the customer money Vehicle inventory is very well cleaned and well taken care of No beating around the bush Cons: Collects a lot of personal information before negotiating price Would have liked to have price negotiations in private room. Excellent Customer Service! I found the vehicle I had actually been searching for for a while (2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL with standard transmission, soft top, in Punkin' Orange Meta I found the vehicle I had actually been searching for for a while (2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL with standard transmission, soft top, in Punkin' Orange Metallic) on their website. When I inquired about the vehicle, Jennifer Murray did an EXCELLENT job of letting me know more about the Jeep. I went in a few days later to take a look at it, was allowed to test drive it with no issues. When I returned I said I wanted to purchase the vehicle, within just a few minutes I had the credit application filled out. I then went to the back with a family member while my app was processed by bank and was allowed free reign to check out all of their other vehicles, which was quite impressive as far as the rest of their inventory. They sent my information to several banks and I was able to secure my dream Jeep with no money down and a very reasonable payment through a local bank. Carole did a great job with my financing! More
