I live and St Louis and had not planned to walk in that morning and then drive away with a new care just a few hours later. We live 2 1/2 hours away so their customer service was extremely helpful. Jennifer was able to answer all of our questions honestly and Carole got our financing in order before we even arrived. We were in a time crunch so after inspecting/test driving the vehicle we were able to sign our paperwork and get right back on the road. Thanks for the great experience! We were pleased we encountered no stalking or pressured sales after making contact. We did an online app and got a response the same day as we had the green light if we wanted it. Being over an hour away we worked with Ken over the phone to have everything set up on arrival to pick up the car. Carole in the business office is a master at her craft and this was a painless few minutes to sign and pick up the keys. She put our baby in the playroom and he actually wanted to stay longer than it took to do the deal. I have spent half a day in dealerships buying new cars and these guys have it down. Only area we identified for improvement was the detail inside and out was not great. We did it ourselves when we got it home More
Dream car...unique buying experience. I recently bought a Lotus Elise "sight unseen" from Jason at Modern Motorcars. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. Ja I recently bought a Lotus Elise "sight unseen" from Jason at Modern Motorcars. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. Jason was very responsive to my questions about the car, provided everything I needed to feel comfortable booking a flight to see it in person. The dealership picked me up at my hotel at the appointed time. The car was totally as advertised and all the paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership. I did a quick test drive and 30 minutes later, I was on my way. Hands down the easiest and most pleasurable vehicle buying experience EVER. Thanks Jason and team for a job well done! More

Best car buying experience in 18 years of driving. I spent half of the day at the dealership. This was the 4th dealership I visited on this round of purchasing a vehicle. Part of my decision to visit t I spent half of the day at the dealership. This was the 4th dealership I visited on this round of purchasing a vehicle. Part of my decision to visit this distant dealership was the ease of use of their website-I picked out a handful of vehicles in my price range and printed them out on the "saved" page. So simple. Test driving/selecting a vehicle: Jennifer Murray helped me sift through a handful of vehicles I chose on their website the night before . . . I drove a total of 6 before deciding to purchase the Escape but instead of purchasing immediately I went home to sleep on it. I was surprised there was zero pressure applied by them to make a decision quickly, no comments akin to "it might not be here when you come back", no requests that I make a deposit for them to "hold the vehicle for" me, etc. It was the first time I've experienced a truly low or no pressure vehicle purchase. Additionally Jennifer was relate-able and helpful. She knew questions to ask (that I didn't know I needed to know) that helped me better decide what was right for my situation. Purchase: The window price on the SUV was a fair one to begin with but it seemed un-American and rude to not attempt to get it for less. Don (Jr.) and Jennifer didn't try to squeeze every penny out of me they could. I was shocked, almost, that they were so damned simple to negotiate with vs. the traditional: make me sit for long periods of time while they play solitaire and allegedly discuss getting a lowered price, attempting to confuse me by "waiving" a bunch of made up fees, trying to shoehorn me into a contract I truly don't want, etc. In the end I felt I got the best end of the transaction and whether or not that is true is wholly irrelevant to me because the process felt professional and honest and didn't leave me feeling weak, rushed, or undignified. Paperwork: Carole took longer to introduce herself than she did to complete the paperwork and explain (in easily understood terms) my warranty. It was a dream. She didn't try to talk me into financing and seemed content to let me pay cash. I'm still not sure why, actually. Delivery: The vehicle was delivered at no additional cost to me in my city the next day. The interior and exterior had been cleaned again, it was re-fueled, a new air freshener was at work, and they even had it inspected for me at no cost. In summary, if I some day wreck this vehicle or it is stolen by nefarious ne'er-do-wells and set fire before being pushed into the ocean I'm coming back to this dealership and buying my next vehicle. I also took a nap in the parking lot and they made fun of me for that. More
