What a great experience!! Well, I can no longer make that statement. Modern Motorcars, and especially Chris Pinkley, did everything right. From quick responses and accurate information to being thoughtful and considerate throughout the process, it was a great experience. A true indication of just how well they did can be gotten from the fact that they are at the top of my list when it comes to looking for my next used vehicle. Their selection is great and they carry those vehicles that are often times hard to find at your typical dealerships. More

I was dreading the overall car buying experience, but was pleasantly surprised while dealing with Chris at Modern Motorcars. We spoke beforehand and the truck was ready for me to look at and test drive upon pleasantly surprised while dealing with Chris at Modern Motorcars. He was quick to inform me to take all the time I needed to look it over and that there was absolutely no pressure to buy it if I did not like it. They gave me a generous amount on my trade-in and in the end I walked away with the truck that I am super excited to own. If you are thinking about buying a new vehicle, give them a try. They will not disappoint! More

We trusted them to be upfront and honest because we purchased a vehicle from over 600 miles away. Upon arrival of the car it had immediate issues (issues immediately driving off the delivery truck!) th purchased a vehicle from over 600 miles away. Upon arrival of the car it had immediate issues (issues immediately driving off the delivery truck!) that are now costing us upwards of a thousand dollars. The vehicle’s issues are so severe we are unable to drive it until getting it fixed (and that’s hoping the mechanic doesn’t find any additional issues!) We are extremely upset as we were very aware it was a used vehicle but asked upfront if it had any mechanical issues or any blemishes we should know about (we were told NO it’s in great condition). The vehicle has some other issues as well in regards to wiring problems! I’m at a loss for words for how badly this went. We haven’t even had this vehicle long enough to have the TITLE! We chose this dealer because of their positive reviews. Major regrets. Steer clear if purchasing from long distance. More
