Possibly the best car buying experience ever. Well I'm nearing the end of my first day with my new to me vehicle that I bought at Modern Motorcars, and I am just so happy. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Well I'm nearing the end of my first day with my new to me vehicle that I bought at Modern Motorcars, and I am just so happy. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Dragon Edition. When I first went to look and test drive it, I was impressed that they not only moved it so I can test drive it in a timely matter but also brought it into the shop and power washed and wiped it clean. After my test drive, I was very impressed that Jennifer didn't pressure me into an immediate sale. Through thinking it over and haggling over the phone we arrived at a price that I could afford. Jennifer was very responsive to my needs and any issues that I had. Then when it came to signing your life away and being financed, Matt was there to answer any questions and concerns. He walked you through all the available extra coverages that you could purchase and add to your monthly payment, and then when you said no to adding them, that was that. No fear pressuring story that made you think twice, just a simple "OK we will take that out" answer. There was no additional fees to worry about such as paper or processing fees or a charge for a temporary tag, just a simple $2.50 title fee that Missouri charges to handle the title. So the price of the vehicle is the price of the vehicle. So like I said, possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had, that made me feel good going in and coming out. More

She allowed an extended test drive over several days and was very congenial throughout this process. She helped me decide to trade our vehicle for the new one. I was really pleased that they suggested a solution for us. You see, when I decided to trade, the traded vehicle was not ready to sell. I had not completed a repair since a part came late. I had not considered to trade my vehicle because of this condition. They took the car and the parts and made the trade. The negotiated price was good for me and for them. Oh, by the way, did I say it was a great car. It was well detailed and serviced. The pictures on the internet showed this vehicle accurately. We are very pleased with this auto. They must have good buyers, too. Consider this dealer first. More
