I shopped a ton of different lots looking for a car this time around and they stood out far above all the rest. Every dealer says they pay top dollar for your trade but Modern Motorcars beat them all, to the tune of about $2000! Highly recommend them! I will be returning the next time I need a vehicle! More

Out of State Purchase - Phenomenal Experience What a phenomenal vehicle buying experience!! In looking for a 3 to 4 year old Range Rover with a particular color combination, I had to conduct a na What a phenomenal vehicle buying experience!! In looking for a 3 to 4 year old Range Rover with a particular color combination, I had to conduct a national search. Eventually, I narrowed it down to two vehicles, one of which was at a Land Rover dealer in Atlanta and the other was at Modern Motorcars. As we live in South Florida, both vehicles were quite the distance and too far to drive to and from in one day for a test drive. So, I had to rely on photos as well as conversations with the salespeople. Note I was reluctant to purchase a used Range Rover from a non-Land Rover dealership. In the end, we could not be happier. Modern Motorcars surpassed my every expectation of what I thought was even possible from a used car dealership. First, we were looking online for the vehicle over the weekend. So, I left messages and/or sent chat messages accordingly. Surprisingly, our salesman (Jason Bruce) called me back on a Sunday. That was the first sign of how responsive they are to their customers. Jason gave me his cell phone number and said to call him anytime. He responded quickly and professionally every time I contacted him. Since I had stumbled across this vehicle prior to it being fully detailed, Jason was kind enough to send me a video he made from his cell phone so we could get a better look. That type of service is unheard of. Within a couple of days, the vehicle was detailed and photos were posted online. Since this was one of the cleanest vehicles we had seen, I wanted to move quickly. So, I contacted Jason, who then transferred me to Cameron Wells, who fills in for Carole on her day off. Cameron was awesome and got the ball rolling until Carole got in the next day. Carole Tatum (Finance Dept) is a well-experienced and efficient finance manager. On top of that, she is a pleasure to deal with and made this transaction smooth and easy. Carole is very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions quickly. Unlike the other dealer that provided me a quote including several thousands of dollars of additional fees, with Mordern Motorcars, you pay only for the cost of the vehicle. Since we were purchasing this vehicle from out of state, Skyler Polaski (GM), got involved to make sure things went smoothly. Skyler arranged for transportation and texted me a picture as soon as the vehicle was picked up. When the vehicle arrived a couple of days later, it was exactly as it was in the photos. In sum, a phenomenal experience for an out of state vehicle purchase. I will be in the market soon for a used truck. When I'm ready, you can believe I will definitely look to Modern Motorcars. We highly recommend!! More
