Drove from Northwest Arkansas I prefer to negotiate the deal prior to arriving to the dealer due to the fact that I tend to find vehicles on the internet. Jennifer understood this I prefer to negotiate the deal prior to arriving to the dealer due to the fact that I tend to find vehicles on the internet. Jennifer understood this and even though I contacted her at closing she was able to reach out to the owner to provide me the best offer on the QX70 we were interested in, along with an over book offer on my trade (since we still owed on it). All this is expected to earn my business...however where this team really shined was when we were about to head out in our QX70 and the driver side door lock would not release due to an actuator issue (stuff happens). They had the vehicle in their shop immediately while we went to lunch at their recommended bbq restaurant (outstanding recommendation), and when we returned, Donny realized the part was not going to be delivered until the next day. Skyler provided a loaner for us to drive home (an Audi Q7), and are delivering the QX70 today (a 4 hour round trip for them). I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Motorcars for anyone looking for a quality purchase experience with a genuinely friendly staff. Mark More
