He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. We came out to test drive a Tesla, and the experience was perfect. The salesman that worked with us was engaging and highly knowledgeable. After working with us for an hour and taking the time to determine our credit and financing options, we decided that we wanted to sleep on it. There was absolutely no pressure put on us by anyone to rush us into a sale. They were as helpful and pleasant on our way out of the door as they had been on our way in the door. If we do decide to purchase a Tesla, we are definitely buying here. Thanks for an awesome experience!! More
3rd purchase at this dealership, I’ve also sent my brothers there to buy cars and a few others. I went there last week, picked my car, fell in love, the financing took 20 minutes, and I was taking pos brothers there to buy cars and a few others. I went there last week, picked my car, fell in love, the financing took 20 minutes, and I was taking possession of my car so I could turn in my rental. They were fair with my trade, I was happy, very happy and I knew I’d be back a 4th time. Until, I called to remind them I needed the car brought to me 45 minutes away. At first it was oh yes we will get it to you and the clock struck closing time and they threw my sale away cause they couldn’t get someone to bring my car. I had to extend my rental that they’d already promised to someone else. Absolutely unprofessional and I’ll tell everyone. More

My husband and I have bought several vehicles at Modern and from Skyler and every single experience was awesome. There is zero pressure to buy. We have only had an issue with one vehicle and it was a 2018 and from Skyler and every single experience was awesome. There is zero pressure to buy. We have only had an issue with one vehicle and it was a 2018 Ford FI50 that the electronics went out in and we were a month out of the factory warranty. It was not modern's fault and even though we had already owned the truck a few weeks before it happened, Modern took care of it for us. We have never an issue that Modern was not willing to help us on and I've seen them treat other customers the same way. Skyler is friendly and fun to work with and buying a vehicle is extremely easy here. More

Horror at “Modern motors Car Sales! Nixa MO We bought a Land Rover LR4 HSE Delux 2016 for $30,005.00 2.5 months later the engine melted down. Skylar said the engine was a boat An We bought a Land Rover LR4 HSE Delux 2016 for $30,005.00 2.5 months later the engine melted down. Skylar said the engine was a boat Anchor. WOW 2.5 months $30 grand gone. Plus $2,000 DMV tax. Lies are well rehearsed: 1. Check out every vehicle before the sale-“Lies or their service center is incompetent to find simple and usual problems with their cars going out for sale.” 2. Before, During and After the sale- what a joke-meaningless 3. They don’t Teach important facts about you’re new purchase, and then hold you to what you don’t know, and haven’t been taught. 4. “Extended warranty” good thing we didn’t buy that from Modern motors for $4,000.00. Modern motors was quick to point out. “Had you bought out the extended warranty it would have been worthless.” This was passed on from Modern motors service center. 5. They offered us $15,000 to buy back our $30,000 (just paid for) car to aid our terrible loss but sorry time’s up Modern Motors didn’t really mean it. 6. Modern motors almost seems to be working against the new vehicle buyer not in their favor. A. However within days I was told there was a Code light with -in 138 miles. I didn’t see any code light. I am driving along and I get flashed a check engine light? What light? How long was it on? Most important how come you’re certified technician didn’t find and fix this before I bought it? B. There is a handwritten note from you’re certified technicians when you got the car back “Fan sensor circuit has no signal” Why was that not caught before the sale. Was this sabotage from the previous owner and Modern motors Service center missed it? This may have laid a trap to anyone acquiring this car. Again why didn’t Modern motors service center find it. 1. Was this another thing you’re certified technician “Missed when they checked out the car for sale?” 2. Did I even get a signal of something wrong as I went down the road? Driving 60 miles an hour. Do I need to keep my eyes on the dash gage every min to know to call for help? 3. Jason never taught us warning lights. A. I called several “Land Rover Service Centers” in several states the Land Rover and the “Engine Light” can briefly come on and go off for several problems including heating problems. Electric Engine fans, Working and then slowing down then speeding up again. If I understand correctly sort of shorting on and off. Thermostat working partly and not working. Flashing a engine xx lite briefly while driving then going off. My wife and me wanted 90 days warranty but Carol in Financing: said 1. “AS IS” is fine for several reasons we at Modern motors support you “Before, During and After” the sale. 2. She said this car was thoroughly gone thru, while it was still under warranty and several things replaced. 3. We still wanted a 90 day guarantee but she calmed us by saying I’m sure we will fix it after the sale. “Before, During and After” the sale. We are known for this. 4. She offered us a $4,000.00 dollar “Extended warranty” only to find out it would have been worthless. Engine melt down on busy road. A. Engine light (I Saw this orange light smoke out the back of the car) pulled over quickly. Car wouldn’t start. Our Life in danger on a busy highway pulled to the side of the road. B. My wife and I in our late 60’s was looking like we were going to have to walk beside a busy road 3 miles to get help with our small dog. Bad cell phone in the area. Tow truck to my house. Tow truck to Modern Motors. A. Skyar said engine is a boat anchor: sorry B. Modern Motors: Said Post-sale follow up sorry this is a bridge too far to help you with. C. Modern motors said sorry but “Had you bought” the $4,000 dollar Extended warranty we offered you it would have been voided because you failed to see the engine light that flashed you the first few days you owned it. What light where? D. Modern Motors offered us $15,000 dollars to buy the car back. ($15,000.00 loss) 2.3 months of owning the car. “OH they changed their mind.” Times up! Raspberry sound ! Note the lies here. In Conclusion Modern Motors: Their vehicles may leave you walking with-in 3 months, and they won’t give you any help. If you want to be walking on the side of the highway. If you want to buy an “Extended warranty” only to find out it is worthless. Taking advantage of the elderly, at least us. Then buy you’re next vehicle from “Modern Motors” of Nixia MO. More
