He was friendly and took the time to understand what I really wanted. I appreciated how he explained the features of the different models without putting any pressure on me to buy. Our interaction felt more like a conversation than a typical sales pitch, which made me feel at ease. Mr. Medina was patient with all my questions and offered great advice based on my needs.
