Natalie is very calm and great to work with, she is just trying to make sure you get the vehicle you want, you will feel like you are buying a vehicle with a friend. Also, the rest of the process went smoothly in financing / car delivery, nobody is trying to force you to buy anything you don't want, which is a big deal when car shopping. I was able to trade in my existing Mazda 3 and the team helped me with all of the paperwork and I got a great trade-in value. I have found my forever dealership for getting Mazda in the future. More

I recently worked with Stephen Duffy at Modern Mazda to purchase a new 2025 CX-5 after a total loss of my 2021 Mazda. I recently gave a 5 star review which I regret now. A car salesman is just like a politician. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the deal done then "spit" on you after. I bought a suppose A car salesman is just like a politician. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the deal done then "spit" on you after. I bought a supposedly Certified Preowned 2021 Mazda CX9 with only 42k miles on it. Also purchased a $2200 warranty of which I was told "covers virtually everything from bumper to bumper". One week after purchase a piece of trim came loose over the liftgate window. I notified the dealer and was told by the manager " we're not fixing it. Call the parts department if you want it replaced". I then emailed the Ed Shaker to clarify this. He said he would look into it over the weekend and get back to me. Two weeks later he still hadn't responded until I emailed him again. I got some xx excuse about him not reminding himself to get back to me! So far, great service after the sale, right! By this time another piece of trim fell off the front right lower bumper and ANOTHER large molding fell off the right back wheelhouse. I knew by this time they were not going to rectify anything so I went to my friends autobody shop. He said that most of the clips that were supposed to hold the trim were broken and it looks like the trim was just pushed on as a temporary fix. This is what they are selling as Certified Preowned Vehicles? I'm actually relieved that they didn't offer to fix anything. I'm sure it would have been half-assed. My final decision to purchase another vehicle was between the Mazda and a Subaru. I should have gone with the Subaru. Buyers remorse is very real and I'm hoping to get rid of this car soon. I definitely wont be going back to this dealership!!! More
