Due to your concern of comfort of the vehicle, we did offer you the extended test drive, which I know you appreciated. When you informed us the car was not going to work for you, we did offer the "S" model. I am sorry you opted not to take us up on trying another vehicle. Modern Motors has been in business almost 40 years. Should you decide to test drive another model, I can have you work with another sales associate if that would help.
