Jim, the owner, was phenomonal in getting us the right financing for our budget. When we had to sit with Mark to do the finalizing paperwork, he made sure that everything was completely and concisely explained and we had no questions once we left. Sales floor atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, not rehearsed and robotic like some of the bigger dealerships. I sent out an internet request looking for pricing. Once I sent out the request I became very busy. Kim was great at keeping in touch but not being pushy. Kim invited me down for a test drive and was willin I sent out the request I became very busy. Kim was great at keeping in touch but not being pushy. Kim invited me down for a test drive and was willing to work a deal with me. We all want more for less, but Kim did all she could do to make the deal happen. Kim is also very creative. At no point and time was I pressured into a decision, I asked for more than one test drive and she was very accommodating, and when I made my decision and expressed my concern about getting there to pick up the vehicle, she immediately offered to have someone come and get me. On the day of delivery, I was introduced to the service and parts department, and given a detailed description of all the features of the vehicle. What impressed me most was the relaxed nature of the entire process, and how friendly and helpful everyone I came into contact with was and is.
