While we were waiting the sales manager Mike came introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Upon meeting Stephen we made small talk and brought the car out for a test drive. He gave us route options that would allow for me to simulate my daily driving. After the test drive we sat and talked numbers and were able to hatch out a deal that worked financially for our family. We live about 40 miles from the dealership and based on past experience with the dealership decided to come down and test drive a 2025 cx50 meridian edition. We met with product consultant Angela Z for a test drive of two models. What pleasure meeting with her and having someone so knowledgeable, understanding, and concerned with our wants and needs for our new vehicle. She took time with us through the whole process, answered all questions, concerns and based on our experience with her and the deals hip we decided to purchase the new vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager informed us that they had a much better loan rate than even provided by our credit union( that we were pre-approved through). I stopped at Modern Mazda to look at a CX-5 for my daughter. Even though the dealership is 40 minutes from my home I had a very good experience with Modern years ago so thought I would revisit. We w daughter. Even though the dealership is 40 minutes from my home I had a very good experience with Modern years ago so thought I would revisit. We were also considering a Honda CRV and a Subaru. I never had to look at those other cars. After meeting with Stephen Duffy I couldn't bring myself to even consider those other makes. He was great to speak with regarding the CX-5. Totally honest person who really cared about our experience. I had done my research beforehand and thought the asking price was totally fair. We didn't even need to horse trade or negotiate price. It would have been really awkward for me to do that given how well Steve treated us. What a great 5 star experience! Thank you Steve! More
Went to Modern Mazda's website to look at Certified Pre Owned CX-9's and I found one that I was interested in. I made an appointment to go into the dealership the following day and was taken care of by Jos Owned CX-9's and I found one that I was interested in. I made an appointment to go into the dealership the following day and was taken care of by Jose Medina. Jose was very friendly and down to earth and made everything from the test drive to the end of the deal a very pleasant and relaxed experience. No high pressure tactics! It was a very different experience from what I've come to expect from most car dealers. I'm happy to award both Modern Mazda and Jose Medina 5 stars, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! More

Have you ever been to a dealership that would rather have you happy as a satisfied customer than make a sale? Me either… until today. I walked in on a whim, was immediately helped by Abbey. A few days later you happy as a satisfied customer than make a sale? Me either… until today. I walked in on a whim, was immediately helped by Abbey. A few days later I drove off the lot with my brand new car! I had originally chosen a Select in a darker color, but was talking with family about features on the next trim style up in a completely different color that I thought was only reserved for turbo models. Even the select trim style has features that are considered premium+ with other vehicle makes. Before I had gone to the dealer, I had “done my research,” but Abbey taught me so much more! She was very patient with me while we looked at different vehicles on the lot and virtually. When I changed my mind for an upgraded trim package, she knew all the differences that it offered. Modern Mazda is not pushy like other non Mazda dealers I’ve encountered. Even after the sale, Abbey showed me all of features my model included from specialty lights and wipers, down to adding my favorite stations and seating control memory. Even while in the waiting area for sales or service, people are checked in on and are updated every step of the way. Thank you Modern Mazda and thank you Abbey for my beautiful new I was invited back should I have any questions on the or need a refresher on features, I believe they truly meant that. More
