As a returning customer, I recently visited Modern Mazda looking to upgrade my 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring, which I originally purchased from them five years ago. I was interested in a pre-owned CX-50 hybrid th looking to upgrade my 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring, which I originally purchased from them five years ago. I was interested in a pre-owned CX-50 hybrid this time. This time, I worked with salesman Steven Duffy, who was incredibly friendly and made a real effort to understand exactly what I was looking for. Steven thoroughly showed me the pre-owned CX-50 hybrid I was interested in, patiently explaining all its features during our test drive. When it came time to discuss numbers, Modern Mazda lived up to its reputation for transparency. They were completely upfront about the pricing for both my CX-5 trade-in and the pre-owned CX-50. I felt the offer for my trade was fair, and they presented me with the best available financing options, making that part of the process straightforward and stress-free. What truly sets Modern Mazda and Steven apart, however, is the level of service after the sale. I accidentally left my garage door opener in my traded-in CX-5. Knowing I live 40 miles away and had a busy work week, Steven went above and beyond – he personally mailed it back to me!
