Modern Hyundai did a very nice job with this transaction. They were not pushy and we didn't do the traditional back and forth between sales person and sales manager... I hate that because I do large IT deals ebvery day and we don't do that foolishness... we negotiate on real terms. This was a positive experience even though I think the cost of the product is higher than the actual value of the vehicle but I am not sure which entity sets the pricing. In any event, this was a positive experience and I would recommend this dealship to others. More

Paul Polish took care of me. I wanted something bigger than my Toyota Camry so I looked on the lot and narrowed it down to a Tucson or a Santa Fe. I fell in love with the Canyon Copper Santa Fe in the sho than my Toyota Camry so I looked on the lot and narrowed it down to a Tucson or a Santa Fe. Great folks to work with! After shopping many dealers, Modern came up with the best price on exactly the car we were looking for. When a minor problem arose, the two managers jumped in and made sure we were treated fairly, and compensated us for the error, to the point of filling the tank on our car (we didn't trade in) in addition to the full tank on our new car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for Myself and my wife. More

I first initially had an appointment on a saturday morning to see a 2011 Hyundai sonata, long story short I could not get the vehicle. So we tried for something else. The banks said I was approved for one amount still couldn't get the vehicle. I left. Monday comes the dealer calls and says he im sorry you were really approved for this amount, lets see what we could do now. He says I know you can get a car now. He ask me to go on their website and look around. I did i found a vehicle that was way less than what i was looking for. Dealer says ok yea that will work you can get that. Great im happy everyone happy, the dealer wasn't working the next day so i asked him to hold it for he says OK. Two days later I get a call from the same dealer saying sorry that vehicle is not going to work either. So just too many games and tagging along not a happy customer here ust be sure to get a salesman with experience. More

He was very knowledgable and there was NO PRESSURE at all. Also, there was no running back and forth, negotiating, wasting time. Paul was completely honest up front. I appreciate honesty and respect. I felt that with this team of sales people! Jerrold Barker was very helpful in explaining the leasing process. He was able to educate me on the ins and outs of the leasing world and it makes complete sense to me now! Nice, friendly, helpful staff. I would definately recommend them to a friend or family member and have already. And I am a happy owner of a Tucson! More

Our experience dealing with our salesman Paul Polish, General manager Donnell Wilson and Finance person Anane Thabiti (who by the way was his 1st week of doing finance and he did a great job) was an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and not at all pushy. They made it work so that we got the car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay, and also gave us what we were hoping for on our trade. We just bought a Sonata Limited yesterday and are VERY happy. The sales associate Paul Polish and his Manager Brad Logan were great. At 50 years old, I just purchased my FIRST NEW CAR, a 2012 Elantra Limited...and I am still grinning! The entire crew at Modern provided excellent care and customer service from the minute I arrived, (in 2012 Elantra Limited...and I am still grinning! The entire crew at Modern provided excellent care and customer service from the minute I arrived, (in a rental car after my old car suddenly died) until Larry closed my car door and I drove off the lot. There was never any pressure or feeling of being rushed. Donnell and Larry made me feel as though they had all the time in the world, being incredibly patient with me while I was wandering around the lot, and test driving. Donnell and Dimietri were great with financing, and helping me to make sure I was making a choice I could afford, AND with the best interest rate. It was truely a JOY to meet this fine team of individuals at Modern, and I not only have a new "car guy," but a whole team of car guys, who I can't thank enough for showing me the respect and extreme kindness that is sorely lacking at other dealerships. I was introduced to Jason in the service dept. who will being doing my first 1000 mile check, first free oil change,(...so long Jiffy Lube!)and all of my car maintenance needs. Thanks to Larry for coming in on his day off, for meeting me at the rental car place in MY new car, (...so long Enterprise!)and for showing me every single button, switch and knob and how it all worked. They even paired up my iphone to the bluetooth and taught me the navigation and XM radio system. (I AM a blonde afterall...well kind of!)I couldn't be more impressed with Donnell's professionalism, warm smile, and for making me the special "sold" sign and picture. I now look forward to seeing these wonderful people again when I return for maintenance, which I used to dread! There aren't enough words, and there isn't enough space to express my gratitude to these fine folks at Modern Hyundai, for helping me feel safe and secure in my new Elantra,.... and knowing I no longer need to fear getting stranded in an old car again....priceless! More
