Difficult problem - happy resolution We were having problems with an Engine Malfunction light which kept on lighting up. There are, we were told, many, many things which can cause that warning light to come on. First two fixes lasted only 2 or 3 days. But thanks to some recent in-service, the problem was resolved with a fuel pump replacement. So far - everything is working perfectly! Thank you service team! More

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, 5 Point Inspection I came in for an oil change which I had a coupon, tire rotation, and 5 point inspection also had windshield wiper replace, everything was done well. Exceptional and Amazing Service I had to purchase a new vehicle quickly as I had an accident and totaled the 2015 Equinox I previously purchased from my dealership. Within 24 hours of contacting my favorite salesman, Herbert Alfaro, he had procured the exact 2018 Equinox Premier I wanted and had it waiting for me. Grant Gregory in the Dick Shirley Finance Department set up my loan quickly and efficiently with no problems. They were very kind to accept my delayed check from my car insurance company for my totaled vehicle. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.
