Best car purchase experience! Usually when purchasing a vehicle the process is hectic, intimidating and stressful. Once I pulled in I was greeted by Guy Nichols who instantly took Usually when purchasing a vehicle the process is hectic, intimidating and stressful. Once I pulled in I was greeted by Guy Nichols who instantly took me into his office. After explaining I wanted something I could afford we were out in the lot testing out exactly what I was looking for! He listened to my needs and did not make me feel pressured at all. The scary part is always talking numbers and getting the loan approved but Ernesto Resto was extremely helpful and worked his magic to find a great low interest rate along with a very low monthly payment that included gap insurance. While the financing was in process the car was taken to get an oil change, cleaned and shined. The entire process took less than 3 hours!!!! I was able to drive my car home insured and registered the same day with a full tank of gas!! I couldn’t have asked for a better car purchasing experience! More
