He was very patient with us, listened to our needs, and worked with us to find the vehicle that best suited us. He even made himself available after the sale by allowing us to call him with questions we had about how to operate the vehicle. I would give Eddie Buscema 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a vehicle, go to Moda and ask for Eddie!!! More

IF anybody is looking to buy a new car. ...........I DO NOT RECOMMEND MODACARS of dallas tx to anybody........take your money elsewhere and buy a car..........I bought a 2015 Jaguar from the ...........I DO NOT RECOMMEND MODACARS of dallas tx to anybody........take your money elsewhere and buy a car..........I bought a 2015 Jaguar from them in November 2021 and about 10-12 days later I had the check engine light come on......so I went and got an opinion from the JAG dealer and a regular shop for multiple opinions......they both said the same thing that the car needed a new Catalytic converter which costs $3000 and this dealership is just making every excuse to not do anything about the situation like nothing is wrong when they sold me a car that they knew had problems......they told me 1,001 times they would get back to me and everytime I had to end up calling them back just for them to make another excuse and they ultimately aren't gonna help in any way on the $3000 bill so I'm SOL which shows you the type of dealership they are when they knew they sold me a bad product.......so with that said again DO NOT BUY a car from this place or your taking a big RISK........TO EDDIE and RYAN the two ppl that I dealt with during this whole process of buying this car you both can GO STRAIGHT TO xxxx!!!! Do not buy a car from here! They may have good reviews from the past, but I think they're hurting from car supply shortage (less cars on lot available to sell, so they're screwing people on deals.) The owner, Eddie, bragged about the quality of his cars and assured us this car had been checked out. Gabe in finance even coached us how to answer questions when the bank called the next day, even if untrue. On 7/20, it began... the check engine light came on. My fiancé called Eddie and he told him it may need an oil change or a new gas cap. The light went off the next day and the business was closed (Sunday), so we did not bring it in. By Monday 7/21, the light came back on and we had driven more than 500 miles. We took it to get an oil change. We were very surprised they sold us a car that hadn't had an oil change in over a year. There is a leak in the transmission line and fluids need to be replaced...$2,800. The dealership also mentioned us needing new break pads soon. We dumped over $3,000 into this car within two weeks after we bought it just to get it drivable. Just very odd the would sell a car to a consumer guaranteeing its quality and not answer the phone when there is a problem/ question. We did not want to take the car back there for service because the trust was already gone. Besides that, staff have been unprofessional when we call, not returning calls, blaming us, hanging up on us, etc. Eddie even had someone call back from his phone and tell me we had the wrong number. The office said he is on vacation for a week, how convenient. They obviously knew about these issues and are avoiding addressing them. This is much more than buyer's remorse. We like the car...we are just very disappointed with the extra money we had to spend, feel like we were lied to and swindled, and disgusted by the poor customer service. More
