My hood was damaged in a small accident. The body shop at the dealership kept me informed through out the process. I am giving one star, because 0 starts is not an option. My experience there today was disgusting!!! A saleswoman worked with me as I was looking at a specific pre-owned vehicle I had researched onlin My experience there today was disgusting!!! A saleswoman worked with me as I was looking at a specific pre-owned vehicle I had researched online. After only 10 minute she told me we weren't worth her time to work with. What??? That was pretty horrible thing to say. She refused to even look at my Trade -In. Told me that if I was not willing to pay their prices including all of of their fees (their new destination charge is $1499.00) and do their financing, that I was not worth her time. We didn't even get to the point of looking at the cars or assessing my trade to see where I stood. She even refused to let me see the car or take it for a test drive. I am a brown person. And I left feeling that this must have been a factor. She made an assumption based on something I don't understand and decided to get me and my wife out of there. I have never had this type of experience before. She was rude and insulting. Very sad about this because I bought a car from them 15 years ago when they still sold Saab. And I my father in law used to work there back then. They have changed a lot since then. All negative from my experience today. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership. More

Frustrating - my car has been there for 42 days and still not ready. The only communication I get is when I call and then it is not very specific as to what exactly the hold up is or when it will be done. not ready.
