Jeff Schmall is a wonderful representative of Mitchell Volvo I just purchased a 2017 used Volvo S60 and was quite disappointed when the AWD light came on within 12 hours of driving it home!! Although the warran I just purchased a 2017 used Volvo S60 and was quite disappointed when the AWD light came on within 12 hours of driving it home!! Although the warranty covered the new pump that needed to be installed, my having to drive back to the dealer and wait fo 2 hours was not a great vote of confidence for the service staff who initially prepared the car for sale! The staff were very respectful but did not make up for taking away my morning off from Work! The one shining light was Jeff Schmall who went out of his way to make my experience with Mitchell Volvo of Simsbury a pleasure. He patiently explained in detail all that I asked and more! More
