Called Alex twice and he said each time he would pass the message onto the business manager Josh Figueroa. I Never received a call back from Josh. Then I called Josh twice within 2 1/2 weeks and still never received any call back from Josh. During the sale I asked Josh for warranty paperwork and he said it would be mailed to me. I was calling 2 1/2 months after the sale only to inquire about getting the warranty paperwork. A simple question and yet there was ZERO response. Don’t expect any customer service after your purchase. More

Avoid dealership, very deceiving in their prices . Their cars may come up below market value but that’s because their prices don’t show a 1500 added cost of a ceramic coating they supposedly put on th Their cars may come up below market value but that’s because their prices don’t show a 1500 added cost of a ceramic coating they supposedly put on their cars . I feel that should be in the price of car advertisement as it’s not an option to the customer . Plus the 2500$ discount if you finance through them , so basically add 4,000$ to their prices and then it’s overpriced and not a fair deal , I found the exact same car , actually it was a better model, with same mileage , just a couple years older , at a different dealership for 13,000$ less !!! Don’t fall for this dealership gimmicks !! More
They will attempt to pick your pockets for xx like $1500 for non-optional glasscoat that isn't in the advertised price. If you then write a letter to Mark Mitchell, he will not answer it and won't have any for non-optional glasscoat that isn't in the advertised price. If you then write a letter to Mark Mitchell, he will not answer it and won't have anyone on his senior management team answer it either (at least that's my experience since September 2023), but he will send you a nice factory mailing stating his appreciation for your loyalty and trust. Be careful here, folks, there's a ripoff waiting for you when you sit down to talk about buying a car from this place. What can you do? Go somewhere else. If you must look here, at least ask for the out-the-door price before you invest any time in the car - I think you will be very dissatisfied with their attempts to lure you in and then slam you with unadvertised upcharges. NOTE: The maximum dealer fee in New York is $175 by law (this is the non-governmental, dealer conveyance or document fee). Do you think it's really cheaper to operate in NY? I think not. Dealer fees in CT are just slush buckets where dealers can push part of the actual price of the car so they can hang a lower number in front of you until you fall in love. With the exception of tax and registration, the dealer fees, document fees, etching fees, non-optional options (glasscoat, etc.) are all fungible with the price of the car, so unscrupulous and dishonest dealers shove more and more into the non-advertised buckets in order to show you a price online that isn't real. Mitchell appears to be leading the pack in this regard - hiding the real cost of the car until you're invested and ready to open your checkbook. In my humble opinion, its a shame that they're attempting to take advantage of people this way and being so dishonest. They will tell you that there is a disclaimer informing you that they will charge you more than the advertised price - though you will not likely notice that while shopping online at aggregating type sites (most of them) - and they think that gives them license to abuse your trust and surprise you with these tactics at the negotiating table. Mr. Mitchell might ask, "so what does this guy want?" To that I would say "How about advertising the real price of the car, such that anyone could walk in and pay that amount, plus tax and registration, and drive the thing home?" Doesn't that sound better than sitting at a table, shocked at the add-ons, and especially the egregious and outrageous glasscoat fee of $1500 that you didn't even want - all after you've invested your time in checking out the car? And then there's the $800 dealer fee (read "slush bucket designed to make you think the price of the car is lower than it really is"). They may also try to hit you VIN etch, which you do not need. If you want these things, go for it (you can find glasscoat service for a few hundred dollar elsewhere), but they don't offer a choice. That's not called an "option" where I come from, and I come from here. I implore you not to fall prey to these slimeball tactics because doing so sets the bar far below the level of honesty we should expect. If you go to Home Depot to by a Dishwasher you saw advertised on sale for $750, the price will be $750. Not $750 plus $200 for the dish rack and another $100 for sales consultation plus $75 for the silverware basket, plus another $125 for the mandatory extended warranty. The price will be $750, plus tax, of course. I would expect that if your $750 dishwasher turned out to be $1,250 in this manner, you would go somewhere else, wouldn't you? I think you would consider the ad that got you there false, wouldn't you? Yeah, me too. Don't let them get away with this! More
Condescending, lack of communication, doesn’t listen to customers, rushed, and overall terrible experience. Didn’t even get to test drive, yet salesman was speeding in the cars in the lot. I don’t think th customers, rushed, and overall terrible experience. Didn’t even get to test drive, yet salesman was speeding in the cars in the lot. I don’t think they care at all about customers they just want you to put tons of money down to get approved and make sure it’s fast! Never again. More
