I've purchased two new Subarus from Mitchell in the last 4 months (October '22, January '23). They just do everything right. The dealership experience, from start to finish, is just first class and should be studied by others as the standard to meet. First of all, everyone is just so pleasant and welcoming. There is zero pretension, aggressive sales nonsense or opacity from anyone in the building. Secondly, they're up front, honest (I guess it's easy when you don't charge additional dealer markups or require add-ons) and just really pleasant to deal with. I somehow purchased two cars, both with trades and was in the dealership for an hour and half in aggregate. I have never had a smoother transaction at a dealership, let alone two. Nicole proved to be a trusted advisor and was just wonderful to work with. As a fairly jaded, 20 year+ buyer of virtually every mainstream brand, I'm really impressed with her knowledge and desire to help me get exactly the cars I wanted. It's not always easy, particularly in the current market. On the finance side, I worked with Josh. Again, no nonsense, just efficient, easy and honest. There was literally nothing added to the purchase order I didn't want or ask for. That's a first in a long time, perhaps ever. I was in and out of his office, and drove away with my new car(s) within a short hour. Grocery shopping is more stressful. It's almost like they just want to provide the easiest and most effortless buying experience; they want customer relationships, not just sales. Don't waste your time anywhere else. You're certainly not going to beat the price, and you won't beat the service and experience either. More
