I brought my car in for an oil change and received a written estimate on what they found. I voiced my concern about a tire of mine that came up on my dashboard being low. They came back with the infor written estimate on what they found. I voiced my concern about a tire of mine that came up on my dashboard being low. They came back with the information that there was a screw in my tire, therefore I would need to replace the tire and the other rear tire as well. I later took it to Town Fair Tire to have them check it out. There findings were as suspected there was no screw in the tire. It was a simple fix of the electronic reading on the dashboard. I was very let down by the dishonesty and therefore will not be going back More

Scheduling service was easy. When we arrived we were directed into the garage area for drop off. Many places do not do this, this was great. Pickup was also in the garage are When we arrived we were directed into the garage area for drop off. Many places do not do this, this was great. Pickup was also in the garage area another bonus. Place was spotless not a mess like some dealers. The service advisor was very helpful and got us started. We scheduled this service for an 18000 mile checkup no other services. When we got the bill it never mentioned 18000 mile complete just the individual components. Was 18000 mile done? Components seemed to match but hard to rell for sure. We also received a video from the service tech outlining service items which was a nice touch. Waiting area was very nice, recliners would have been a nice touch but hey its a dealer not a suite. Great dealer to buy and get a car serviced from. More

The book change went very smoothly and service people (Vinny) listened to my concerns about the windshield replacement and calibration the day before. The Monday after the oil change ibwent back over and (Vinny) listened to my concerns about the windshield replacement and calibration the day before. The Monday after the oil change ibwent back over and they disabled the lane departure pulling for me. I was concerned that there was a problem as this feature appeared after the calibration. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you. More
