Poor customer service I had completed the customer survey sent from Subaru the other day but also wanted to let you know about my experience last week in Canton. I had made an online appointment for Friday at 8:45 for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall fix. I arrived at 8:40 the representatives were quick, took my information and keys and I let them know I would wait there. I was beyond frustrated when at 10:00 my car had not yet been taken in yet to be serviced and had seen a number of other customers come and go during that time. Then at 11:00 without anyone addressing me or my car I was about to leave, when shortly after my car was being taken in. Finally at 11:30 I was told my car was ready, 2 hours and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience of this experience. I am very disappointed at the poor customer service I received from your company and will not be returning. While many times during my long wait I contemplated complaining to the reps, however I do not feel customers should need to complain to get the attention and service they deserve and expect. I manage a support team and understand the importance of customer service. I do my best to ensure my team strives to exceed or at a minimum meet our service standards and provide superior service in all areas for our customers since that is what will bring them back year after year. I also understand these situations do happen and it is important to bring them to the attention of those who can implement change immediately. I hope this feedback provides enough information for you to fix these issue in your organization and take the necessary steps to ensure no other customers experience the same service I received. Experience with an urgent service issue. Very dissatisfied with access for an urgent service issue. I called on Wednesday and explained to the service department that my Outback had a burned Very dissatisfied with access for an urgent service issue. I called on Wednesday and explained to the service department that my Outback had a burned out headlight that needed replacement, I indicated that I do night driving daily and that this was a safety issue. They offered me an appointment on Saturday, 4 days later and was told, "Sorry, but we're very busy and that's the soonest they can get me in." Later that day I spoke with another representative who responded to my voice message, and was told essentially the same thing. Once I was seen, on Saturday, the work was fine, although the bill for $130 seems like gauging to replace a headlight bulb and a fog bulb that probably took less than 15 minutes. Perhaps Mitchell should have a few slots available for urgent, simple matters like this! More

That was it I was sold !!Plus Fred's detailed description of Subaru's unique always on all wheel drive caused me to change my mind about even looking at a Jeep. Best Dealership Ever Oil changed in 1/2 hour. Was told that I would need new brakes the next time I had an oil change. I advised your associate that I was traveling to F Oil changed in 1/2 hour. He managed to find a couple of men to get the job done within one hour! Very happy with the pleasant people in your front office and with the speed with which they undertake repairs. More

Excellent customer service Rich and everyone who helped me trade my 2009 Forester and purchase a 2016 Forester with exactly what I wanted were amazing! Rich took the time to let Rich and everyone who helped me trade my 2009 Forester and purchase a 2016 Forester with exactly what I wanted were amazing! Rich took the time to let me test drive a Crosstrek and a new Forester as well as check out two others to see what options I liked best. It was easy, no pressure, paperwork (which is never fun but necessary) was also easy. I highly recommend this Subaru dealer as I have worked with another in a neighboring town, and Mitchell Subaru had proved itself to have exceptional and superior customer service! More
