A pleasant experience after twenty two years of not purchasing a car as my second last car was 2000 Subaru Forester and last car that I’m keeping as a second car a 1999 Toyota Corolla which was inherit purchasing a car as my second last car was 2000 Subaru Forester and last car that I’m keeping as a second car a 1999 Toyota Corolla which was inherited from my mom. Recently JP of Mitchell Subaru in Canton helped me to purchase a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid, including the paperwork, insurance and registration without stepping out of dealer lot like the old days! JP introduced me to Edward Mitchell, who had me going through the financial part including the warranties. Very pleasant person and helpful. I drove home my new car and now going through the break-in period. So far I’m happy with my new car. All in all, the whole experience with JP was very pleasant. More
Mitchell’s took care of me as they always do. Everything was explained beforehand and they offered to come pick up my car and then deliver it back to me At no extra cost. Mitchell Subaru provides great service. I had an issue with my car on a Saturday afternoon. The team at Subaru waited for my car to be towed in for service. Dylan called at 8am Monday mo I had an issue with my car on a Saturday afternoon. The team at Subaru waited for my car to be towed in for service. Dylan called at 8am Monday morning. I received updates until the car was ready. Mitchell sent a courtesy car to pick me up. My bill was $0 (warranty). Life is good. More
Dylan was great he managed everything and kept us informed. In an out in less than 2 hours. Oil changed, tires rotated, wheel alignment, fluids added as needed, new wiper blades and video inspection informed. In an out in less than 2 hours.
