Our sales associate, Nick, was very helpful in meeting our financial, practical and aesthetic needs. He didn't pressure us into buying. He listened to our "bucket list" and located a vehicle that satisfied our desires. He also explained our options (buying or leasing) in a way that made sense. He was transparent which was greatly appreciated. We had been trying to do business with this dealership for over 15 years and finally felt comfortable enough to put our faith in them all because of Nick. But had to go over everything again because I wasn't in system - he said he would give us at least a 10% discount Since it was an expensive visit (and free car wash). Unfortunately It seemed that Kacey rewrote the ticket, not sure why and she called me to say more work (money) was needed and she couldn't answer questions sufficiently. She didn't honor The discount Tony A verbally gave me when I worked with him this morning. Not a happy customer and not happy about having Kacey M as advisor for first visit. Thankful for Tony A working there but Kacey M undid what he did. Ratings reflect Ms. Mahon. More
