Worst buying experience ever Less than one star. Worst buying experience of my life. Runaround by salesman, runaround with finance. Customer service is awful. I should have foll Less than one star. Calls don’t get returned and I was actually told I was lying about calling there! Of course I can produce proof from my phone company, but I’ll just never buy a vehicle here. Who calls their customers a liar?! While signing my paperwork, the finance manager begged me not to write a bad review. He actually brought the subject up twice. I told him iI would hold off, and see if things got better. They didn’t, Now, more than two months after my purchase, and not even so much as a “Thank You” note! Very unfortunate for Mitchell as four of my co-workers were waiting to hear about my buying experience before purchasing their cars. In the last month, all have bought new cars, none from Mitchell Auto Group. Ouch More

If you’re a woman expect to be treated different. NOT GOOD I have tried twice to buy a Subaru from here. First time I had a drunken salesman calling me 10 pm at night. Last year I tried one tried once more. I have tried twice to buy a Subaru from here. First time I had a drunken salesman calling me 10 pm at night. Last year I tried one tried once more. I figured I’d give them benefit of the doubt. I walked in first thing in the morning, told them that I wanted a new Forester and would pay cash. I explained that I didn’t want the salesman/ boss in the office song and dance -I was very clear about that. Sales man told be they had a 1 year old car and they would give me a great deal on it. I waited 28 minutes for the dance to get over.....the great deal they offered was $ 200.00 off. I left and went and purchased a Mini Cooper 5 hours later. They next day Subaru calls me and offered me 1000.00 off the 1 year old car. Other women I know have complained about the same treatment. This is not the 1950’s ...they need to let go of the good ole boy mentality at Mitchell. More
