Working with Mitchell Subaru was easy and straight forward, even as a first time car buyer. They were the only dealer I could find that was selling at MSRP without a markup at the time of my purchase forward, even as a first time car buyer. The only area for improvement on the side of the dealer was communication after the purchase. I had to ask a few times to get key pieces of information like the VIN & payment info. This was very minor in the scheme of things, and did not affect my overall experience. I would buy again from Mitchell Subaru. More
