Mitchell Subaru provides great service. I had an issue with my car on a Saturday afternoon. The team at Subaru waited for my car to be towed in for service. Dylan called at 8am Monday mo I had an issue with my car on a Saturday afternoon. The team at Subaru waited for my car to be towed in for service. Dylan called at 8am Monday morning. I received updates until the car was ready. Mitchell sent a courtesy car to pick me up. My bill was $0 (warranty). Life is good. More

Dylan was great he managed everything and kept us informed. In an out in less than 2 hours. Oil changed, tires rotated, wheel alignment, fluids added as needed, new wiper blades and video inspection informed. In an out in less than 2 hours. It was my first time purchasing a used car at this dealership. The car I drove in with was found to be a bit dangerous to drive , due to brake issues. I traded it in for a used Nissan Rogue and this dealership. The car I drove in with was found to be a bit dangerous to drive , due to brake issues.
