My hood would not close completely so I drove to Mitchell Nissan to get it fixed. I was told that there was a recall issued for my hood latch that has yet to be approved for repair by the manufacture. I ment Nissan to get it fixed. The service manager saw it as a safety issue that needed immediate attention and made the repairs at no cost to me. I have been going to Mitchell Nissan for all my maintenance since purchasing my Altima in 2016. I have been very pleased with the great customer service I have received over the years. More
