I scheduled a 4pm appt online, I arrived 10 min early. I was approached (not greeted) he says" we were wondering when you would get here, we are running behind so you are probably not gonna be able to get I was approached (not greeted) he says" we were wondering when you would get here, we are running behind so you are probably not gonna be able to get a wash today.
