My husband can’t stand going car shopping, but this was the easiest and happiest car buying experiences we’ve ever had. I loved even the moment we brought our son back with us and he introduced himself and made our son comfortable too. He’s got a remarkable way of working with his customers. I have been in customer service for over half my life and owned my own store for years, he’s the kind of employee I would have loved to have. I promise I’ve never met Mr. Rodriguez a day in my life before this moment, but I have met a lot of pushy annoying car salesmen, so I will praise a good one when I see one. Hold on to Mr. Rodriguez, he’s doing a service to your company. We also worked with the manager, Shawn Holland, who was a huge help and calming personality too, but new how to cut straight to the point and get us back on focus. Anything we mentioned or we had a question about Mr. Holland and/ Mr. Rodriguez jumped to get answers. We’ve never bought a car the same day we looked and test drove, it’s usually to overwhelming and we need to go home. We’ve also walked away over $100, so for us to have bought the truck within hours, was pretty amazing. Mitchell Nissan you’re doing it right. Keep up the great work. All your employees were polite and your establishment was clean. Thank you for this great experience and I will be recommending you to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. More
